There are two t-shirts on sale now. 

Shirt Option #1:

The pictures above show the front and the back for the 50/50 t-shirt.  The order form will be below.  Open a blank word document.  Make sure the order form is on your monitor.  Click the print screen button on your keyboard.  Go to the blank word document and hold the control button and the letter (v) down.  This should paste or velcro the order form on the blank document.  You can do this if you wish to print an order form incase your child does not have one.

Shirt Option #2:

The second option is a moisture control t-shirt.  It is made of light weight material (much like under armour).  You can choose a PC blue shirt with a white 9X9 logo  "PC" on it or a white shirt with a blue 9X9 logo "PC" on it.

The short sleeve shirts are $20 for this option.

The long sleeve shirts are $25 for this option.
