REID CATES
Reid is the nine year old son of Alan and Karrie Cates. He has lived in Parkers Chapel all of his life, but this is his first year to attend our school. He was nominated for this award by his teachers, Mrs. Vicki Pepper and Mrs. Rachel Hardy. They felt Reid was deserving of this honor for many reasons. Reid is an excellent student. He makes above average grades. He is polite and considerate at all times. He is a great role model for other students. He has made a very smooth transition into our Parkers Chapel family, and we are thrilled that he is here.
Reid likes to play baseball. He plays for two teams; one local and one traveling tournament team. His positions include pitcher, short-stop, and third baseman. He also likes to hunt - everything. His greatest hunting moment is when he killed a nine point buck.
Congratulations Reid. We are very happy to have you at our school. Thank you for your hard work.
