FROM MY KITCHEN

KRAUT SALAD

1 can Kraut drain & chopped
1 medium green bell pepper chopped
1 medium purple onion chopped
1 small jar pimentos
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped celery

Mix together.

Dressing:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar

Mix together and pour over the kraut mixture.  Allow to marinate for 24 hours for best results.
Keep in the refrigerator.
