Mrs. Morgan's Beef & Cheddar Dip

1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1 - 8  oz. cream cheese
1 - jar of dried beef - chopped
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (separated)
1 - small jar of pimento
1 - small jar of green chilies
2 or 3 green onions chopped

Mix all of the ingredients listed above together, using only 1 cup of the cheese.  Cut out the center of a Hawaiian Bread bowl.  Pour the dip mixture into the bowl.  Cover and cook @ 425 for 40 minutes.  Put the remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top and cook uncovered until the cheese has melted.  Use the center of the bread and *Fritos to dip.
